AP reports today that:
A federal judge has closed portions of Miami's historic downtown courthouse after a report identified widespread mold infestation and ongoing water leaks, with one part of the basement termed "disgusting" by inspectors.
U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno, the chief judge in Florida's Southern District, said in a memo that parts of the basement that house court records and a stairwell used by judges were being closed until further notice.

The first thing you MUST do is find out where the moisture is conimg from and stop it.Otherwise, your surface cleanup will be for naught because it will just happen again and again..That's the first thing.Next thing you should know is that if there's mold on the surface of the drywall, or whatever your walls are constructed with, chances are it's inside the walls too.The only sure way that you can be sure the mold is completely gone is to remove all the infected pieces that you can (and treating any that you can't with a good mold killer or bleach-water), and replacing them.Stopping the moisture is the best thing you can do since mold needs moisture to survive.As for the books that are molded, you have to dry them thoroughly with a hair dryer, page by page.I know it's a pain in the butt, but it really is the only way to be sure that you are rid of the moisture.Until you do this, keep the infected books away from the other, non-infected books or else the mold and mildew will spread to them too..

This problem needs a quick solution, Molds grow best in warm places and humid conditions. Eventhough you already remove it, it will come back.
