CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING SEPTIC TANK STANDARDS

     The State Water Resources Control Board is adopting Statewide standards for the permitting, repair, performance and upgrading of septic tank systems.  These regulations, which will be found in Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations, mark the first Statewide regulation of such systems.
