AB 1354 MOVES TO COMMITTEE

On February 24, I Posted that California Assembly Member Baca had introduced legislation, AB 1354, which if enacted would set the maximum contaminant level for perchlorate at 6 ppb.  AB 1354 has now (March 14) been referred to the Assembly Committee on Environmental Safety and Toxic Materials.
