FYI, from the Website of "The United Pro-Choice Smokers Rights Newsletter":
New Hampshire is one step closer to a statewide ban on smoking in restaurants and bars.
The House Commerce Committee voted Wednesday to recommend the full House approve a ban.
Current state law allows smoking in restaurants with fewer than 50 seats.
Larger restaurants must have ventilation systems and a segregated non-smoking area. But supporters of the ban say that does not protect workers.
Did you know there are over 60 cancer cause cihmecals in tobacco. Frightening. Each cig means another go at Russian roulette. Also as an asthma sufferer I look forward to enjoying a night out at last without worrying about having an attack.

Other states typically cover new cars, small trucks and vans in their car lemon law. Some are conditional when it comes to recreational vehicles, motorcycles and motor homes.
