I do about 10 to 12 reps per set and about 2 to 3 sets per exercise. So, my quositen is how many different exercises should I do for each muscle. For example, should I do a 2 to 3 sets of bench presses then do 2 to 3 sets of push ups? Or is just doing just one exercise per muscle group enough?
