Cal OSHA is considering new regulations regarding exposure to second-hand marijuana smoke in the workplace. Recommendations to san OSHA "Standards Board" are due by October 2018.

The Washington Post is reporting that 11 States Attorney Generals (all Democrats) have filed suit against the Trump Administration for refusing to implement the Obama "waters of the United States" rule. The rule, if implemented, would have drastically expanded the jurisdiction of the Clean Water Act over wetlands and small streams.
